1. All produce for classes 1-14, 27-34, 38-40, 48-52 and 55-58 are to be displayed on a plain white plate. 2. Entries to be brought to Rathcormac Community Hall between 9am and 11.30am on the day of the show. 3. Any items entered into any class must have been produced/created by the person entering that class – no commercial produce allowed. Previous entries will not be considered. 4. One entry per person per class. 5. Exhibit cards will be supplied for all exhibits showing the number of the class, which must be placed in position with the exhibit. All entries will be judged anonymously. 6. Entries to Adult classes are €4 per entry. Entries to Children’s classes are €3 per entry. 7. No unauthorised person to be in the Community Hall during the judging. 8. Viewing allowed from 4.30pm with prize giving at 5.30pm 9. Exhibits are not to be removed from the Hall until after the prize giving. 10. The Committee, while exercising all reasonable care, cannot be held responsible for the loss of, or damage to exhibitors’ plates, vases, produce etc. 11. The Judge’s decision is final
